Prepare and post complex journal entries, including accruals, amortization, and reclasses. Maintain and update all balance sheet reconciliations. Review month-over-month P&L fluctuations and investigate variances. Prepare monthly close packages for FP&A and leadership. Close accounting periods in NetSuite (US) and QuickBooks (Canada & UK). Key accounting areas include: Inventory, inbound freight, reserves, prepaid amortization, customer deposits, deferred revenue, undeposited funds, warranty, returns, bad debt, bonus and payroll accruals, credit cards (AMEX, Emburse, Rippling), and clearing accounts...
